  I don't usually think much about my dentist, but my last cleaning was probably the best in my life. I feel like I have a new set of teeth. 10/10 for attention to detail / thoroughness, without stabbing me to death (or at all). I will be back, and I will remember to floss.

  The best dental experience I’ve ever had. As someone with longstanding dental anxiety, I felt genuinely at ease throughout my visit. The entire team is welcoming and professional. Emma, my hygienist, was thorough and attentive, clearly explaining each step and ensuring my comfort regularly. Dr. Ersi’s calm, warm, and confident approach immediately put me at ease. After years of searching in Kelowna, I’m so grateful to have found this clinic.

  Emma is fantastic!! As someone who strongly dislikes the dentist, and has avoided a visit for way too long, she was excellent and made me comfortable and at ease the whole time. She talked me through everything and consistently checked in throughout the cleaning. 10/10!

  I was very worried going in for my first visit with the dentist. The hygienist Shannon was warm, smart, and excellent at matching the colour for my front tooth filling perfectly. The dentist was personable (lovely), professional, accommodating, precise, and did an excellent job. I am more than happy with both of them. I will definitely see them again. Many Thanks.

  The entire staff at this office are so kind and welcoming and also very helpful with navigating complicated insurance. The restorations I have had done here have been top-notch. I recently supported a young person with PTSD to get some overdue fillings taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond to make her experience positive, non-judgmental and comfortable. I highly recommend this office!
