  Outstanding service! Jessica asked all the right questions which made it clear that we had to ask the doctor a question. Without her diligence we would have had to retest. Jeff Miller, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and hooked us up with the right oxygen machine. He even put it in the car for me. I highly recommend this business!

  We had an incredible experience working with Summit Oxygen for our conference this year. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Heather and Jeff were especially fantastic. They took the time to walk me through what the oxygen bar experience would look like, explained all of our options, and helped recommend what would work best with our conference schedule and session flow. Their insight made planning incredibly easy. Their communication throughout the entire process was spot on. From the planning stages leading up to the conference, to during the event, and even afterward, they were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Emails were answered quickly, and they were even happy to schedule a call with one of our conference sponsors and me to walk through branding opportunities during their sponsored time at the oxygen bar. That level of partnership made a huge difference. Throughout the event, Heather and the Summit team staffed the oxygen bar daily and were amazing with our attendees, vendors, and conference staff. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and even shared interesting information about Colorado while people relaxed and enjoyed the experience. They also worked seamlessly with the conference sponsors who supported the bar and helped facilitate meaningful interactions with attendees. Our conference attendees are all medical professionals, including physicians, surgeons, respiratory therapists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and administrators, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Many people stopped by the oxygen bar and later asked if we would be offering it again next year because they loved it so much. This was the 42nd year of our ECMO conference in Keystone, and many of us travel from Washington, DC at sea level. Summit also provided in-room oxygen concentrators for our team, which Jeff personally delivered and set up. He coordinated a time when we could all be there for a tutorial and answered any questions we had. Our medical director, who actually started this conference and has attended every single year, initially joked that the concentrator sounded like “snake oil.” After sleeping with it, she said it was the best she’s ever felt at the conference. Our entire team agreed that we slept significantly better and didn’t experience the brain fog that usually comes with the altitude change. On our departure day, Summit even coordinated pickup of the machines directly from our rooms. Considering it was snowing heavily that morning, not having to transport them ourselves saved us valuable time and made getting to the airport much easier in challenging conditions. Summit Oxygen truly went above and beyond, and their service made a noticeable difference in our conference experience. I’ve already started working with them again for next year’s event and look forward to continuing the partnership. Highly recommend! 🌄
