Call Saturday night, water was gushing out of my water tank. Loui jumped on a video call right away walked me through shutting the water and gas. Came Sunday morning did an assessment, ordered a brand new 75 gallon water tank, came Monday afternoon, in and out, like ninjas!! Respectful to property, zero noise as I would describe it, changed the shutoff valve complimentary without me even thinking its important. Then calls 2 days later to check up on things. Heroes who don't wear capes. The tank and labor is one thing. Loui is for sure for the people. Might not see him for the same issue for another 10 years. But will def have L&B on speed daily for future plumbing issues. Highly recommend. Excellent experience, will be using exclusively going forward.

We had a specialized shower head installed in our home. When we wanted to replace it, we were told that we would have to open the entire shower wall to do so. We were hesitant to embark on that kind of renovation for something as minor as the replacement of a shower head. We'd used L&B previously for a kitchen drain cleaning and they did a great job, so we reached out and they told us they would be able to replace the head without opening the shower wall to do so. We were able to get the new shower head installed without destroying the bathroom wall and the team was efficient, professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend for your plumbing needs!
